if a guy had zero sperm, how is this treated?

I dont think this is treatable. Perhaps a donor sperm can be used if your partner is willing.

Lycopene is said to improve sperm count, so maybe you can try that. he probably has no vas deferns so better get an ultrasound to confirm or negate.

Is that possible? Or is there really a man who is unfortunately has zero sperm? What unfortunate it would be for him...such a pity.

Yes, unfortunately there is.My friend have been trying diligently with his wife to conceive a child. But when he had himself tested, it was found out that he has a low sperm count with 0 mobility. But there is always a reason behind every male infertility problem. All they need to do is to find out why.

I think some male who has zero sperm, it's because of the disease they have when they are still young. Like mumps, that greatly cause male infertility problems.

I think you need to have different physical test to find out what are the treatment that is fit and good for you.
