I read somewhere that the ideal is to make love 3x a week to increase chances of getting pregnant and to incrase sperm motility and sperm count.

What's really the truth? Our doctors advised us not to have over sex because it can decrease our chances of having a baby.

I think you got it wrong there, what Mikoto mean is that if a couple don't have sex for more than seven days can decrease male fertility. It doesn't mean that you must have more of seven days regular sex.

Sex every other day is just fine with me. But as you near ovulation like 5 days before It is good to have sex often to increase chances of getting pregnant. Remember that sperm can live up to 5 days inside the woman's body.

Myself, having a partner that will make long abstinence for sex is like huh! frustrating..I hate to just think about it.

Have sex everyday or every other day to improve sperm quality and motility. so use it...or lose it guys! :D

You have to use it dude..think 10 times if you plan not to use it as often as it needs..or you will soon regret everything..LOL!
