You should abstain from pleasure :D for 3-5 days so that you can give them an accurate sample. Sperm volume and number is good if you abstain for this long. |

For the test to be accurate you have to stay out of the action for 3 days. This way, your testes has produced the right amount needed to have an unbiased sperm sample for analysis. |

Its also bad to have sex all the time especially if you have low sperm count. if you ejaculate frequently then your testes cannot supply the adequate amount of sperm for conception. |

its just for the sample guys so 5 days with out masturbating or having sex should be no problem! |
