If guys have low sperm count it is adviseable to have sex every other day during the estimated 5 days nearest ovulation. This is to ensure that the testicles will have enough time to build up on sperm reserve. In some instances, not ejaculating during non ovulation days are also advised. (that one is tough!)

not ejaculate!!! where's the fun in that for the guy?

Yeah, I can't imagine having sex without ejaculating..it's so not exciting..better not to have sex if it's the case.

I wonder what's the guy's feeling if he can't ejaculate when doing or having sex. Plus i think it's kind of frustrating also to the part of the partner.

It is advised in this forum to make love everyday as it improves sperm quality. But this tip is good for those with low sperm count. Thanks Missy!

sperm count is important when you want to get your partner pregnant. We always have to produce lots of sperm because majority of them gets killed off during the journey to the womb! Optimum numbers of soldiers are always needed to reach your target!

Huh?? Not ejaculate... sounds painful and frustrating for the guy!

perhaps you can just avoid sex and store semen for ovulation period?
