Hey there!

how long can a guy safely stay in the hot tub without damaging sperm production?

the male who wanted to have a baby must observe the correct procedure in length of time inside the bath tub.

no more than 10 minutes of soaking in the hot tub. also, avoid frequent visits to the sauna. If you want to soak or go to the steam room, sessions about 1 x a week should suffice.

I think this is not just for men but for women who are TTC too. The heat can be bad for the embryo especially if you are trying for implantation.

I agree with Johndoe. Hot tubs are fun but this can have a negative effect on TTC. For males it can decrase sperm count significantly.

Some men would go to sauna just to take pleasure through massage, but with this information I do hope that those males would stop this kind of pleasurable vices. So to have a fertilization one should not make ignorant just for one night happiness.

If you are TTC stay away from hot tubs all together. better to be safe than to be sorry.

I agree with the above. If you are male and TTC then you need maximum sperm production. As we all know, heat decreases sperm production. Staying in the hot tubs or frequently taking hot baths can hinder this.

If TTC, take fast showers instead of long soaks.

My friend love to stay longer in the swimming pool because he is a swimmer I advice him not to stay longer in the pool. But he just ignore my advice and the result he doesn't have a child.
I am thinking that even not in hot tubs, but stay longer in the swimming pool can also damage the sperm cells.
Am I correct in my own analysis?
