We all know that follic acid is good for women who want to get pregnant, but it is also good for the guys as well. Follic acid helps reduce genetic abnormalities in the sperm. So guys load up on follic acid too!

Yes, make it always a habit to have follic acid on your diet. It has a lot of health benefits and is also advantageous to those who want to get pregnant.

feed hubby Romain lettuce, brocolli, spinach, black eyed peas, kidney beans, garbanzos beans, okra and tofu. Orange is also a good source of folic acid as well as papaya.

if not then you can always give him some supplements.

Folate are richly found in plant plants. Orange juice are some of the many foods rich in folate.

I like the okra and the black eyed peas also the romain lettuce, the others I cant stand! =) hubby too!

I prefer Iceberg lettuce to Romaine but will make it a point to change to Romaine =).

Yes, guys should need a certain amount of follic acid in their body to help them boost a high level of sperm quality also.
