Gentlemen, avoid Benzene!

Benzene is a toxin causing males to have an abnormal chromosome count in their sperm.

This chemical can be found in adhesive, paint, solvents, gasoline, rubber products, exhaust and even cigarette smoke.

These product can cause our environment become intoxicated. There are researchers now a days who try their best to make solutions, to eliminate products which can harm our health,and to solve these unified problems of the present generations. We are to be afraid in the present trend of survivor thinking.

These chemicals are everywhere and we can't become hermits. So the best thing to do is keep healthy by eating the right foods and to exercise.

one of the advise given to us was to rellocate from the city to the burbs. I think pollution plays a very big factor when you are TTC.

I had a friend who was TTC for about 5 years. the doctors cleared them and said that there was nothing physically wrong with both of them. They moved to a smaller town with less stress and less pollution and got pregnant with in 6 months of moving.

So you see, environmental pollution plays a big role in infertility in some cases.
