i think the key is a healthy mom. baring of course the uterus shape and age and other factors, if the mom is in good shape and healthy then the embryos should implant successfully. |

Most women spend the first few hours of implantation flat on their back. this is a good idea since you don't want to jolt the embryos around with sudden movement. This is also a good time for the hopefull mother to rest and just relax. |

the uterus of the woman must be healthier than before, so it is needed that the woman should take vitamins to help the embryo to become successfully a fetus. |

Ive heard of the lying flat for several hours. Most women have had medication to strenghten their uteruses and induce implantation. |

lying still for at least an hour is said to help the embryos implant better. i dunno if it is true but I always follow this procedure after ivf treatment. |

it would be best if you would relax for the next 24 hours after implantation. this way, the embryo wont get jostled around. |

it would also be great if before treatment your body is already healthy. a healthy body can host a healthy baby. |

it is also good if the womb is receptive to the embryo. hence a healthy mother is important too. |
