i've heard about fertility charting but i don't really get how it works? anyone who have tried it and got good results from it?

this method allows you to predict ovulation. it is only a help for couples to have the right timing of intercourse in order to conceive. you should have patience in applying such method.

I think it's quite like a calendar method, in which you will have to look on the days in which you are most fertile.

Yeah, many have said that it's really effective. It is charting your menstrual cycle,so well know what are considered as the best days you are most likely to get pregnant.

You simply chart your periods so that it gets easier for you to predict ovulation. This is particularly helpful when you want to get pregnant or avoid getting pregnant. This can be called calendar or rhythm method except that in cases here, we want to get pregnant! :)
