we frequently talk about overweight women finding it hard to get pregnant. But this is also true with women who are underweight. underweight women also suffer from hormonal problems and find it just as hard to get pregnant.

This is why we should all be like Goldilocks. We should neither be too fat nor too thin. We should all be "just right"! :)

That's right, we should always maintained an ideal weight for us not to encounter problems of infertility.

It all depends to the faculties of the woman, there are some who can easily conceive while other have a hard to conceive. Just stay normal in weight.

To:LouieG - I agree with you. Women are so obsessed by their weight most of them end up anorexic. Anorexic women find it hard to get pregnant because their body lack the vitamins and nutrients needed to nurture a baby! So over dieters, BEWARE!

To:LouieG: I guess Goldilocks had it right. We spend so many hours obsessing with our weight especially with the women. Now we all know that being neither fat nor thin is good for you. We have to be "just right". And I guess this goes with the men too!

If only it were that easy to be "just right". Its fun to indulge in chocolate cake from time to time. But they say " a moment on the lips, forever on the hips" and in my case it seems to be true!

it seems that anorexic women also experience fluctuations in their hormone levels. plus they also have weak immune system so it is quite "normal" for them to have difficulty getting pregnant.
