Thyroid problems may occur in both men and women and can lead to hormonal imbalance that is said to be the most common causes of infertility. It really affects infertility in the sense that for women, the hormonal fluctuatiuons may cause unovulation or irregular periods.

Yes, it's true..thyroids can really cause problems of infertility and conceiving. That's why if you suspects that you might probably have it, have an immediate thyroid test so that you will be given proper treatment and medication.

I agree. It is good also that you can have antibodies tested because there is evidence that antibodies level can affect fertility and the viability of early pregnancy.

Thyroids can really cause serious health complications like problems of infertility because this can also cause menstrual irregularities, decreased sex drive, miscarriage, premature to ovulate, premature childbirth and preeclampsia.

A thyroid problem be it hypo or hyperthoyroidism can cause low or over hormone production which in turn can cause infertility.
