As what I've read in an article that poor sanitation may cause a failure of conception. Is this true? or it is just an idea? But, for me whether it is true or not, during sexual play, it is needed that the couple must observe proper hygiene.

Perhaps you develop an infection due too poor hygene and sanitation?

Example you have anal sex and then your partner inserts his penis in your vagina afterwards without washing or putting on a new condom or even wearing one in the first place. This is unsanitary and the bacteria and germs in the anus can cause infecitions in the vagina.

I'm with your idea, sanitation is very much needed by the couple before doing their sexual play. It should not be disregarded.Sanitation is a kind of prevention of a disease that may affect to them.

Aside from poor sanitation, you have to make sure that you have no STDs like AIDS, herpes and the like. These STDs can be passed on to your unborn child

It is in poor sanitation that may cause infertility. The couple should do personal hygiene before doing sex. Infection may be resulted due to unhygienic sex.

I know it breaks the mood, but wash your hands and your penis before having sex. This goes for the vagina too. Clean sex organs mean healthier sex life.

That is unless you have STD or something.
