I believe it's 15-30 minutes. that should be enough time to help out your partner's swimmers. In this case, your swimmers :D

This method really can help in conceiving, the woman should lie still after ejaculation so the sperm cells and the egg cells may meet each other, then fetus is formed.

lying still after having sex is good because it surely makes the sperm and egg cell unite successfully, then it would surely make you get pregnant.

To tip the scales more in your favor, slip a pillow beneath her hips. This should elevate her buttocks and tilt up her cervix to help those swimmers upstream!
