I am a fan of herbal medicine especially chinese. Being Chinese we also love a good tea. For fertility, please try green tea as it has been proven for centuries that it helps promote not only good health and long life but fertility as well.

my problem with tea especially green tea is that it has lots of caffeine. caffeine makes me bloated especially if I have more than 3 cups of coffee a day so with green tea, it will probably take only two cups!

Yes, that's true. Green tea is always considered a health promoting beverage. Researchers have found out a lot of healing qualities from it also.

we are not really fond of Sencha because of its caffeine content we prefer chamomile more because it is relaxing. However green tea or sencha has been touted for years because it is the king of teas. So with this in mind, I think we can give green tea a chance.

Are you male or female. If you're a woman then better start cutting off the caffeine completely. Studies have shown that caffeine can be a deterent to pregnancy.
