Irregular sleeping habits can cause irregular menstruation in some women. This is why it is important to have good sleeping habits when trying to get pregnant. So get adequate sleep at night, and avoiding the night shift if possible.

I do have irregular sleeping habits so this possibly a cause of my irregular cycle. There are just times when I have a hard going to sleep. I should correct this.

The constant lack of sleep, can greatly affect your body and also affect your fertility.That's why you need to be very particular of your sleeping schedule..sleep properly, to avoid problems of infertility.

Its good to be rested. It keeps you relaxed and it is easier to focus when you have adequate rest. A good sleeping habit does not only mean keeping off the night shift but following a schedule of regular sleeping and waking hours.

yeah, at least 8 hrs of sleep is required to really be sure that we had rested just enough. i always see to it that i have enough sleep and avoid oversleeping it drains my body.

Avoid alcohol, some people use alcohol as sleeping aid which is not good.If you are woman and plan to have a baby, this will mostly decrease your chances of getting pregnant if you continue such habit.

A good sleeping habit means that you are well rested. Some people dont believe in 8 hours of sleep but I do. I notice that I have more energy, I am less cranky and I think more clearly when I get adequate rest!
