Well, i'm sure that good health increases fertility. So, if you're trying for a baby it's really necessary to get your body in as good a shape as possible and exercise is an essential part of this.

There was a research that said, a healthy couples that include exercise as part of their regular routine find it easier to conceive and more likely to carry a healthy pregnancy to full term.

If you are get used to exercise it also means that you're more likely to stick with it throughout your pregnancy and this will help you to feel more in control of your body amidst so much change.

regular exercise can also help to regulate weight gain while you're expecting. It also boost your circulation, increase your flexibility and endurance, also help to reduce uncomfortable pregnancy side effects like constipation, back ache and fatigue. I

exercise can greatly help. In fact, the effects of regular exercise can make a healthier pregnancy. It can make delivery easy too and make it a whole lot easier to lose your 'new mum tum' once your baby arrives.

keeping in shape can make you get pregnant easier. remember that obese women have a more difficult time (up to 40% more) conceiving than women who are the optimum weight for their age and height.

Another reason why exercise is advantage is that, it helps you to better cope with the stresses that often accompany trying for a baby. Coz as we know stress can cause female infertility.

The "happy hormones" which is called endorphins are released when you exercise that can help to minimize stress by encouraging you to relax. Thus, remember that severe stress can actually impair your chances of getting pregnant as your body goes into 'emergency mode' and puts ovulation and conception on a back burner.

Through exercise it can help you bring closer together by taking the pressure off and helping you to focus on something that's not baby-related, so that you'll both be in the best mental and physical shape possible to become parents.

Hi to all!

Want to remind everyone before trying to start in order to minimize injury. Regardless of whether you are new to exercise or not you should make sure that you warm up before, and cool down and stretch after every exercise session.

i want to add more coolMommy.. :D

You should also consider to drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration and listen to your body so that you don't push yourself too hard too soon if you do exercise. :D
