I have a fertility monitor called Clearlue. Estrogen and LH are very good indicators of ovulation since they rise when ovulation nears.

I have an OPK that measures LH and estrogen via saliva. I like this because it is less invasive and easier compared to other methods like pee sticks or those patches that you put underarms.
