We all know that egg quality declines as we age. But is there a way to slow down or maintain egg quality? A specific exercise or diet maybe?

It would be pretty hard to control egg quality as we are already born with a set number of eggs. But I guess if you life a healthy lifestyle, then this would also increase the quality of your eggs as opposed to living unhealthily.

Yes , if the person doesn't abuse her physical body, the egg quality might slow down its declination.. Egg declining depends upon the way it is handled by.

Great suggestions ladies. This is good because lots of women are now choosing carrer over motherhood so there are more late mothers out there and this sort of info is curcial.

Why is it that's it always seems like a choice for women? Career or motherhood? Men don't have this sort of problems. Look at Trump, he's in his what, late 50's to early 60's and now he has a new kid!
