If a woman experienced an ectopic pregnancy, can she have a lesser chance of conceiving?

what i learned is that in terms of conception it is not much of a risk but the percentage of having another ectopic pregnancy is very high.

Nope. My sister had ectopic pregnancy and conceived no problem.

in ectopic pregnancy sometimes the fallopian tubes are tied or cut off. you still have one fallopian tube so pregnancy is still possible.

I don't think so because it depends merely on the situation you are having when you had ectopic pregnancy.
