Has anybody tried the dairy diet for fertility? Are you successful?

Yes, and I like it very much. It has lots of health benefits to the body and it gives no side effects that's why it's good.

I have lactose intolerance so I am not really too fond of dairy. however, this diet is rich in protein which is very helpful for women and men who are aiming on getting pregnant. Good for muscle building too... :D

Yeah, Im not too fond of dairy too, but I am willing to try.

What does the dairy diet for fertility entail?

Yes, dairy diet is very much good for the body as well as for fertility. My friend practiced it even before pregnancy because she was being advised by her doctor and it's very effective.

Protein is good if you are able to take in dairy. However dairy is not the only source of protein. Lean meat is also good.

What is a dairy diet? I'm not familiar with this kind of diet. Does it involve consuming only dairy products for one entire meal?
