Ladies and Gents, be careful of fish. The USDA warns that consumption of fish like titlefish, shark, swordfish, albacore and king mackerel can contain high levels of mercury which is dangerous for babies in utero.

Not really a fish fan. Though I love tuna and that's it.

I prefer eating veggies and pasta which are my favorites!

not really a big fish eater as I prefer meats and steaks. however I do eat my veggies! but yeah, a tuna sounds good too!

sigh.. I love sushi but I stayed away from it not only because of the mercury but also because it is raw. Eating raw increases the risk of infection which is what I dont want now that I am TTC.

It is not like that you don't eat fish anymore but the point of it is that be careful of what you eat.

Yes, exactly this information I have known before I graduated from college, of which our professors got a debate about it. It is in some of our food, not only fish, which may cause our illness and may affect the embryo inside the uterus.

Stay away from sushi too!

We like fish, but this is not only for those who want to get pregnant. Mercury poisoning is dangerous to your health.
