Anti Thyroglobulin is a protein that it important in the production of hormones in the pituitary gland. Women with abnormal levels can have problems getting pregnant.

Isn't the presence of Antithyroglobulin antibodies indicative that one has problems with the thyroid glands? How is this helpful with getting pregnant?

having those antibodies is not helpful in getting pregnant. it only says that you have a problem with your thyroid glands. but these antibodies can be present in pregnant women too. but it has nothing to do with helping you get pregnant.
