are there any sexual positions to help in copception? what are the do's and dont's???

honestly all positions can help you in conceiving. however, there are those who have problems and really need to have a specific sex position that makes them a lot easier and increases the chances of getting pregnant.

Use those positions in which you use gravity to your benefit. That means that you are trying to engage in intercourse in a way that will allow the sperm to be deposited as close as possible to the cervix. The closer the sperm are to the egg the better the chances of fertilization and conception.

Avoid positions like woman on top and sitting. soem women will still get pregnant on these but mostly not coz it does not encourage egg fertilization because sperm is not deposited close to the cervix.

bending over and standing position are also not an ideal position too. because the sperm in this position is not deposited close to the cervix.

lying down with man on top or missionary is a best position. It’s important for women to stay in this position even after intercourse is over for up to a half hour to help the sperm reach their target.

But if your both healthy this will not necessarily have to do this, but it will certainly help move the sperm in the right direction without much interference.

for those women who have a tilted uterus they need to lie on their stomachs after intercourse to give the sperm an extra boost into the cervix and fallopian tubes.

One tip, if you know where the sperm needs to go and have an abnormality then do what you can to help the sperm reach their destination.
