possible you will have this occurs in approximately 20% of women and is usually something they are born with.

one cause of this is when the uterus fails to move to the forward position as a woman matures

A childbirth can tip the uterus forward or backward and causes retroverted uterus to happen

so if it is something that a woman is born with, does this mean that there is surgery available for tipped uterus?

I don't think so.. why not see a doctor Arianne23. just to make sure and i'm happy if there is.

Diseases like fibroid tumor, endometriosis, and pelvic adhesions from pelvic infection or from a prior surgical procedure can cause displacement of the uterus.
