if a woman has enometriosis then she cant get pregnant right? how so?

it would be hard for her since endometrial lining is everywhere there fore conception could happen outside the uterus which would result in an abortion.

i heard that periods can also be painful with this disease.

I am not sure but perhaps other methods like IVF or IUI can help women with disease get pregnant.
