I think so. If there were problems during development while the baby is inside the uterus then there is a possiblity.

Yup yup. That is not surprising. Even the bible is full of references about barren women who are not able to bear any child.

there are women who have tipped uterus that find it hard to get pregnant. it is something they are born with. so it is possible.

Women can be born with a twisted uterus, others have turner's syndrome which is the absence of x chromosomes. I guess there are just cases like these.
