amonia as in exposure to amonia?

It is not the literal exposure to ammonia girls.

The ammonia levels referred to is in our diet.

Too much meat is not recommended when you are trying to get pregnant. Meat tends to raise the body’s ammonia levels. This can inhibit implantation in the uterus as well as sperm activity.

Fiber, such as whole grains, vegetables, & fruits is good for fertility.

Reduce the amount of refined carbohydrates like white rice & white bread intake. Try to avoid sugary food from the diet when it is not necessary. Excessive sweets is said to hamper fertility.

Meat from organically grown (grass fed) sources is better than commercially grown ones, since the latter contributes to excess estrogen production in the body caused by the hormones, antibiotics and other contaminants in the meat. However, it's hard and expensive to come by these products nowadays.
