This is evolution at its best. We produce the healthiest eggs during our early to late 20's. So its in the best interest of the human race that we reproduce our species with the best.

LOL... how about a pregnant grandma?

It is also a known fact that women over 40 have more chances of conceiving a child with Down's syndrome. So egg quality is really deterioriating by this time.

Devi Lohan, the world's oldest mother gave birth via CS at 70 years old in 2008. She took fertility drugs too. She passed away in 2010 18 months after her child was born. She was 72.
