anybody tried this before?

mitch123 - July 19th, 2010 12:58 PM

Yes! I have actually tried fertility yoga. It does not really have a difference with regular yoga for me. Its basically just a mindset and there is also a focus on the abdominal muscles.

Nope. We live in a small town though, so do you think that the yoga instructor is familiar with this type of yoga?

Nope but now that you've mentioned it im going to do a little research to see if it is helpful. I prefer meditation myself so yoga might be beneficial.

Yes, I have tried it before and it's really quite good and it makes your body relaxed and energized.

My sister did the yoga for pregnant women. It focused on breathing, flexibility and icnreasing her strength.

I dunno what fertility yoga does. Most probably it is done for relaxation purposes.

I have not tried this kind of exercise. But I am eager to do this kind of techniques. Thank you for this share in this forum. Then I am willing to share what would be the result.

I did fertility yoga and it was basically a breathing and relaxing exercise. This is how it increases your chances of getting pregnant.
