foods rich in zinc include oysters, veal liver, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate (yum) peanuts and lamb. enjoy!

Isnt oyster said to be an aphrodisiac? Well this is good news because you get an aphrodisiac and refresh your testosterone and semen levels!

other sources:

peanuts, dairy foods, milk , shellfish, low fat roast beef (yummy!), chickpeas.
