First off, there is always a low amout of WBC in the ejaculate. However large quantities could mean that something is wrong. As we know WBC fights off infection and they are found throughout the body.

High WBC in semen is called eukocytospermia and it could mean that there is genital infection going on.

it's leukocytospermia. I don't think eukocytospermia even existed. can leukocytospermia cause infertility in men then?

i think so, coz Leukocytospermia has been implicated as an important cause of sperm dysfunction
