Well, I think men can't sustain their erection probably because of the reason that they are having performance anxiety. This is when thoughts came up to man's mind when doing the act that are very distracting and worrying for the reflexes that are necessary to sustain the erection. |

It's all about psychological factor I think..it's all in the mind that men can't control his erection because he is out of focus. |

lots of reasons. if it is physical then perhaps it is a clotting issue or if it is mental then perhaps the guy experienced some psychological trauma in the past. |
