I read a study recently that kids with ADHD had dads in their 40's. If this is the case, do you think sperm like the egg declines in quality along with our age?

I know someone who has an ADHD child and the dad was 45 and the mom 25 when he was conceived. its only one case but maybe? I also recall that moms over 40 have greater chance of having kids with Down's sydrome.

Yes, age really matters when it comes to sperm quality. But whith regards to having a baby with a down syndrome, I think it depends on how healthy and unhealthy the mother is when shes pregnant with her baby.

Like the egg, sperm declines in quality too. I guess now we know that not only females have a biological clock but the men as well.

I think that aside from age, sperm quality in the US has declined since WWII. I think this is because of stress, environmental factors and dietary changes in our society.

Probably, I think it's best that you should consult a doctor about it, to clear this matter. They are the experts, right? So, sure enough, they know more about things like this..

Yes, mostly men and women who get pregnant over 40's can have children with deficiency. But this is not the same case as to all who conceive over 40's because their are some also who deliver a normal child and don't have ADHD.
