this is if you had a healthy sperm count. sadly there are lots of men who suffer the opposite of this number.

It's hard to imagine there's this much sperm and then lots of couples are having a hard time conceiving because of low sperm count.

LOL! It sounds a lot but remember the average ejaculate is 5 milliliters. During sex, a lot of the sperm is either expelled from the vagina or killed inside.

I think this is the reason for the numbers. They die, are expelled and they even have a hard time finding their way inside the vagina to the womb. So this is like a survival of the fittest for them.

actually there are a lot of sperms, however, just one strong, energetic and healthy sperm..and i'm one of the winner product sperm from my dad... lol ;D
