how does a layman interpret sperm analysis result accurately?

RamsesIII - August 21st, 2010 4:38 PM

Layman... you mean you and me and not a trained professional?

I think with something as sensitive as a sperm analysis result the interpretation should be left to the pros.

lawrence - August 25th, 2010 3:24 AM

I think something below 6million sperm cells per mililiter is way beyond the normal. So when reading, numbers should be above the specified minimum per part.

To erase doubt, as the pros to read your results. RamsesIII is absolutely right!

Do some research. Some labs explain the results immediately. Better if you get them to interpret the results. Your doctor can also interpret the lab results for you.

Dionne&Dylan - October 10th, 2010 3:44 AM

Leave this stuff to the pros! It would be better and more accurate!

ANNE - October 17th, 2010 3:10 AM

huh? why would you want to interpret it yourself? I would rather let the lab interpret results. this way, you get accurate finding.

Yes, don't give yourself a headache if there's an easy way of asking for interpretation of your sperm analysis.

jinky - October 21st, 2010 9:36 AM

Why would you want a layman to interpret your sperm analysis..why not to the doctor instead?

Jr. - October 24th, 2010 2:42 AM

If you want a basic idea then do some research. I didnt personally want to interpret my results so I just waited for the doctor to tell me what they all meant.
