I read from a magazine article that eating soy foods can lower sperm count or it can cause male infertility problem. How true is this?

My cousin used to eat a lot of soy in his diet..until now his wife don't get pregnant..probably it's because of the too much eating of soy foods.

It's not completely clear on why soy causes male infertility but if a man is having hard time of conceiving, probably needs to limit or better yet stop eating soy foods now.

Men whose partner has trouble of not getting pregnant should avoid eating soy because studies have found out that men who has highest intake of soy foods have proven to have problems of infertility.

A single cup of soy milk or an energy bar of a strip of soy bacon every other day, and sperm count drops by almost half, that's according to some researchers.
