Hello, Johnny. Well, according to the new research journal on Epidemiology which i have read, shows that for every extra kilos of body weight, a man's chances of experiencing infertility problems are increased by around 10 percent. So, if I were you, I better start my diet.

Actually, there are lots of factor that could effect fertility like age, smoking, alcohol intake etc. But with increased body mass index you are having, then yes! there would be much higher possibility for you to experience infertility problems.

well, yeah it has higher possibility for you to have infertility problems if you will start on a diet as soon as possible. Of course, practice also a healthy and good lifestyle. Avoid anything that might worsen the problem of having an infertility issue.

Too much fat, i.e. being obese can screw with your hormones which in turn can screw your sperm production. Plus it makes you susceptible to diabetes, heart disease and other bad stuff!

I have a friend, who was obese, but his body mass index didn't interrupt him to become a father of four children, but now he is already dead because of his first heart attack.
