There are many cases of men with low sperm motility but still able to conceive naturally with their partners.

A good dose of multivitamin and additional vitamin C, according to many, had good effects in increasing motility. B6 is supposedly good too. Don't let him drink or smoke or take hot tub baths.

Sperm count is okay but low motility? You and your hubby has still a good chance madam. It is not as hopeless as it seems. It could've been worse with both low sperm count and motility. Of course there is IUI and IVF when everything heads south. But don't give up hope easily. How long have you been trying by the way? Over a year, you should go see a doctor.
