what to do to increase healthy sperm???

Rose - April 14th, 2011 10:36 AM

i believe a healthy diet is the secret... this is applicable to both sexes..in fact, i will really told my husband to have a healthy diet.. Coz i have read and remember to one study that shown that a healthy diet full of vitamins and key minerals, like zinc, has a very positive effect on a body's ability to create healthy sperm.

sometimes because of the need and urgency that you want to have a baby..you can consider using fertility enhancing supplements ...

More on what Intsik said.. i really tried using enhancement pills such as FertileMax and Proxeed, it helps! These products have a number of active ingredients, like vitamin C, selenium and CoQ10, all of which are clinically proven to have a definite impact on the creation of healthy sperm.

My husband does regular exercise. As said by his doctor that a regular cardiovascular activity can provide an optimal pulse rate & increased oxygen intake. However, avoid overly strenuous exercise. It can raise the body's temperature, and that can damage sperm.

should avoid stress and must have get plenty of rest . stress has a negative impact your body’s ability to create sperm.

Testicular trauma can definitely have a negative impact on sperm production. You should keep yourself protected and safe always.

There are plenty of prescription medications and over-the counter remedies that can negatively impact sperm.Take a look at your medicine cabinet. But better to ask your doctor if what you’re taking is helping or hurting your chances.
