Hypospadias is one of the most common genital birth defects in male babies. The urethra opens on the underside of the penis so that semen isn't ejaculated into the vagina (although the sperm itself may well still be healthy).

There is surgery to correct this if I am not mistaken.

Ive never heard of this. So there is like another opening in the penis???

It would look like there are two openings on the penis? Wow, talk about a pipe leak. LOL! That really sounds weird!

I've been reading about this through Wikipedia. According to it, it is definitely a birth defect that usually happens to males, but can also happen to females. When I found a picture of how it looks, like John.D.Azoo said, it does look weird. Instead of being at the tip, the opening is right below the head.
