Maybe you got one testicle removed for medical reasons? If you only have one testicle, this could impact your sperm production.

huh? I dont know any specific groin injury but i would imagine that if you got hurt somewhere in this area and something go cut off or crushed or something similar then it would cause problems in fertility.

how'd that happen? I cant imagine having one testicle only. so you have low sperm count if you only have one...ball?

No you dont, JohnDoe. Like the ladies say, the one testicle will compensate for the "lost" testicle. It takes over sperm production so you wont necessary have a decreased sperm count.
