symptoms in men:

pain and itiching in the affected area (ie the penis)
cold sores
bleeding ulcers ( the sores have ruptured)
you will also experience flu like symptoms.

In some cases there are no symptoms!

My dad (bless him) showed us pictures of STDs when we were in our teens. this had a very good effect on all of us as we never had sex without a condom! I've seen pictures of this and not only does it sound painful it actually looks painful too!

Anyway, where were you during sex education in school? Sleeping or already doing it at the men's locker room during class hours? Tsk, tsk.. . no wonder there is a proliferation of herpes. People don't care and by the time they do it is a little too late.
