there's always a risk to everything even insulin treatments. I also read that insulin can also cause a low sex drive in males.

this is one of the sad things about diabetes. it complicates a lot of other illnesses like heart disease and now fertility too.

It's either get diabetis treatment or have good sperm count. Sometimes it's a choice. Diabetis is a serious disease that needs treatment.
