because this is cancer, probably this will cause males infertility?

for me it's yes, because it will affect his sperm reproduction and motility. also, due to cancer the sperm isn't healthy anymore..

if you have cancer in reproductive organ surely the sperm will be affected..however, it's better to see your doctor on this..

for surely it affects male fertility..however, there are now treatments for this cancers that guarantees to recover damaged sperm..to bring back it's life
