i learned from my husband that arginine, present in water melon, is beneficial in curing erectile dysfunctions.

carmina - February 20th, 2011 2:56 AM

My husband last week friday tried researching about Arginine in different fruits, vegetables and other matters. I think I have to believe that Arginine is present in water melon because when my husband Ronny tried eating in dinner, he had a very good erection that night. So try it. It's natural anyway.

male sexual arousal.

water melon is full of antioxidant so it can help increase sperm count but water melon on its own his not enought. Make sure to add fruits like banana, orange and apple. Do not neglect your vegetable like carrots and brochollies.

For those who missed had offspring, the fruit can also be
very helpful. Believe it or not, studies show that compounds
sitrulin in watermelon, has the same effect aphrodisiac good as
viagra, but with no side effects. Want to try?

According to a published study in the Journal of International Urology and Nephrology, male subjects were evaluated for the effect of lycopene on idiopathic infertility. Lycopene is present in water melon fruit. Subjects were given an oral dose of 2000 mcg of lycopene twice a day for three months. Sixty-six percent of the study participants experienced an increased sperm count, while fifty-three percent experienced increased sperm motility, concluding that lycopene seems to be beneficial to males suffering from idiopathic infertility.

Sad to say that while the watermelon might have properties to help aid impotence and the likes, I'm sure eating it alone won't be enough for a cure. There are far more complications in infertility, erectile dysfunctions and such to be treated with such simplicity.

The best course in my opinion is to be treated by professionals. Because if eating watermelon alone will cure it, the world will already be running out of supply of watermelons by now.
