Ovulation test can be one. This test will help you determine when you are most fertile and when to time intercourse. However, this test is not perfect and cannot guarantee that you will get pregnant.

Another way is called the Basal body temperature method. This can determine your peak fertility day, too. This method requires women to use a basal thermometer to track their temperature on a daily basis and track it on a chart.

Do you know how to do it by hand? I meant using the calendar.

First, determine how long your cycles are. One cycle, or menstrual cycle, begins on the day your period starts and ends the day before your next period starts. Average cycle for a woman is 28 days. For others it will be short or longer, and still others will have abnormal lengths. It is best to track it down for 2 to 3 cycles.

Second, once you know how long count 15 days from the day your cycle begins. It is within those days that women are most fertile.

Using this method, let's say your last period was 03/30. Then your peak is on 04/13.

Not a guarantee but this is a very well known method that most women around the world use.
