Reading through this forum (and I suggest you do too), I've stumbled across many discussions involving Natural Treatments for infertility. I would like to call these as Natural Aid to fertility instead of Treatment. That is a more appropriate term for me.

To the best of my recollections, these are:
1) herbal medicine
2) eating certain fruits & vegetables
3) healthy diet and proper rest/sleep
4) acupuncture

You can also try Yoga to relax. Speaking of relaxing there are other ways like getting a massage or going to a spa or vacation.

Using natural is vague and misleading. Natural to one doctor may not be natural for another. for example, there are modern day "shamans" who teach their followers about natural remedies to combat disease and enhance the body.

On the other hand, doctors who went to med school and practice their profession through science will also claim their ways are natural. Because what they prescribe to their patients is not unnatural. How could it be when these medicines are from plants and animals too?

I hear a lot of good things about acupuncture especially if it is used in conjunction with other treatments like IVF or AI.
