hi i am currently going through fertility testing, i am 26 and have pcso so i dont ovulate i am on a diet to lose half a stone to get my bmi under 30!!! i was wondering if anyone else has gone through this and would be grateful if someone would get back to me thank you xxxxxx

yes. i was overweight too but not diagnosed with PCOS. i just went on a high protein low carb diet and exercised for 45 minutes daily. you can do it.

I agree. There are women with this condition who are able to get pregnant successfully. If all you need to do is lose weight then go for it. You are still young and have lots of time to try.

Have PCOS too and was advised to lose weight and undergo hormonal therapy. the problem with PCOS is that it causes hormonal imbalance usually making periods unpredictable. With the hormone therapy you will be able to get regular periods making it easier to get pregnant.
