if you want to be healthy then you need to diet and exercise. diet does not mean starving yourself, just choosing healthy foods to eat moderately. and exercise does not mean getting a ripped body. it is keeping your body in top physical condition. this way you are in the best of health and more receptive to treatments compared to having an unhealthy or weak body. |
