can anti-depressants screw with fertility treatments and vice versa?

yes. medicine will always affect each other in some way because they will be mixed in your blood stream. this is why it is important to disclose medications you are taking to doctors during a fertility treatment.

medicine like a antibiotics or heart medication can also interfere with fertility medications. So like Danica said, consult your doctor before taking anything.

I agree heartily. To get the best and most effective treatment full disclosure on medical history should be given to the doctor.

If possible, it would be best to discontinue these medications before trying to conceive, however this should only be done in consultation with your physician.
